A woman is A flower, a piece of nature that comes in all forms, colors, shapes, and sizes. Just like a woman A flower is beauty and femininity, life and growth, fragility and strength, fertility, and motherhood. Women should be free to grow and blossom into their best selves, but society does not give women the opportunity to. As a Young Chicana woman, I have found it to be tough growing up in a society where doing your best isn’t enough, where there will be judgment in every step and move you make. Most of all I have realized how much pain women have experienced throughout their life. Let society change its mindset on women, letting them choose and be whatever they want to be and feel. This art price represents a woman’s true value; the power, delicacy, nourishment, and strength a woman has is the same as the value of a flower. This calls out for my freedom.
